Our experience with Primo Hot Tubs was exceptional. From the moment we walked in to the convention center we were treated like family. They asked us what we needed in a hot tub and showed us two. No high pressure tactics. We were kept informed as to when the delivery would be and when techs were on they’re way. It doesn’t stop there. They contact you about a month later to see how your experience has been with the hot tub. All employees are knowledgeable, respectful, polite, and represent Primos well. I highly recommend this company.
We are very much enjoying the hot tub. Tom hasn’t missed a night of getting in since it was delivered – it’s really feeling good on his back. I don’t get in every night but have been in several times and it’s wonderful. We have company from out of town coming soon, so we’re excited to share for the first time. An extra bonus is we truly believe it is helping us sleep better at night. We are happy with the purchase. I guess my only complaint is that when we financed it, they said we could pay with our credit card on line. On line does not offer that, it’s going to make me use checking or savings – was hoping to rack up more miles on my card.
